Happy Birthday Chapel Hill Needlepoint

It was a packed celebration at Chapel Hill Needlepoint today. Nancy started the business 18 years ago. So today many of her clients got the gifts instead of giving them.

I stopped by the store on the early side and was awarded with a sweet gift of a little pouch to keep small needlepoint items in. There were so many young women shopping, looking at all the canvases, I could hardly see the wall displays. Needlepoint, like mah Jongg, has truely taken over the imagination of young women.

I am sure it was a big day at the best needlepoint store in North Carolina. Not like people birthdays, this one continues a second day tomorrow. So for all the people who missed the celebration today, you have a second chance tomorrow.

Thanks to Nancy for always having the best canvases and fibers. So much joy has come from everything I have made thanks to her.
