Happy Anniversary Henderson Girls Mah Jongg

A year ago I had a most wonderful group of ladies from Henderson come to my house for to learn mah Jongg. They have stayed with it and played and played and played.

Today was a party of their first anniversary and they invited me to Henderson to give them a little lesson and celebrate with them. I had no idea that not only would I have the joy of seeing them all, but also be I given many home made goodies that made for each other; chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, and special sugar cookie and a loaf of homemade bread.

We had a lesson on strategy and I watched them do their Charleston giving them tips. We also discussed scoring and I encouraged them to start playing for money as you get to be a better player faster when you have a quarter on the line.

It was a fun quick trip to see the Henderson girls. Mah Jongg brings everyone joy and time with friends, new and old is the best by product.

Thanks to Michele for bringing me back together with her group. I can’t wait to see where you all get in your second year.
