Spicy Turkey Meatloaf

I always add a bunch of veggies to add moisture to my meatloaf, but today I wanted more. I turned to my jar of Harissa from Trader Joe’s. It did the trick to give my turkey meatloaf high flavor without adding fat.
1 lb of ground Turkey breast
1/2 red pepper -chopped
3/4 cup of carrot shreds
1 sweet onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 slice of bread- pulsed into crumbs in cuisine art
1 egg- beaten
1/4 cup of Harissa
1/4 cup chili sauce or ketchup
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Pre heat oven to 400°. Cover a cookie sheet with foil.
Mix everything together in a big bowl. Put on cookie sheet and form into a loaf. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 175°.
