End of Check Ups

The last month I have had all my check-ups. Yesterday was my eye exam and today I had my first bone density test. I think this is the end of all my annual check-ups.

I went to the facility for my bone dentistry test. They told me I would get the report in a week. They also said that depending on that report, will determine when I need to have a follow up. The one thing they told me was I needed to only do my follow up at the same facility on the same bed so we are comparing apples to apples.

I am wondering if this is a new tactic to make sure they keep my business. I know that keeping those machines busy is what helps keep medical systems above water.

Hopefully my years of carrying around extra weight made my bones very strong. So the report I want is I don’t need another test for five years. I took a photo of the facility and will attach it to my calendar on the date they tell me when it’s time to come back. How else am I going to remember which bed to revisit?
