Will it Cremi?

So far I have made three different items. The first one was a core power vanilla milk with javvy carmel protein coffee. It was a very high protein concoction, like 60 grams of protein in about a cup and a half of “ice cream”. It was no sugar and it was very creamy and yummy.
Next I make a non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt with some frozen peaches and a half teaspoon of honey. It was creamy and good, but it needed more flavor. I add the peaches as an add in after I “creamafied” the yogurt. I think I would do better to make peach sorbet and run it like a Ribbon through the frozen yogurt. Something to try next time.
Tonight I made mango sorbet. This was the best and the easiest. I bought frozen mango chunks from Trader Joe’s. I put them in the cup that goes in the machine and let them thaw a little and mashed them up before refreezing them. (You have to freeze the liquid or fruit for 24 hours before you can make it creami.)

I put the mango on the sorbet setting and ran one cycle. I took the lid off and added a teaspoon of water and did a remix cycle. It was perfect. I put it over some raspberries that were on their last legs. Delicious. The mango was sweet and tangy and smooth and creamy. No protein, which is the real reason I wanted this machine, to get some healthy protein as a dessert. But the mango sorbet would be great ribboned through some core power creamified. I will have to try that next.
they all sound good, and doing the trial and error method to learn is a treat!
