As Seen at the Airport

As Seen at the Airport

I was teaching class tonight. I was using the big TV with my iPad hooked up, teaching students how to play online mah Jongg. I had forgotten to turn off my family notifications. My family can always reach me, even when all other people are blocked.

I wasn’t looking at my screen and the class started to laugh. Russ was testing the family group text. He was flying back into RDU and the words on the message said, “Men’s Room at RDU.”

I had to click on the message to see the photo Russ sent with those words. The whole class could see the picture. A lot of heads nodded. A couple did not.

RDU is not a full of much graffiti, although I really can’t attest to the men’s rooms. So I think it is significant that this was there. It could have been from a TSA agent, or a passenger who had to wait in a long line, or professor in political science from an esteemed university, or any many with a brain.
