Final Class before the Holiday Season

So much fun spending two days with the Charlotte girls. I hope I get a chance to spend time with them again. Class ended about 2;45 and everyone was so helpful taking everything to my car nd I set off for home.

If it wasn’t so late I would have liked to go home via Litchfield to see my parents old house and visit my father’s foot bridge, where we sprinkled his ashes, but time was not on my Side.

So I drove home the other direction. I realized I was close to the Buc-ee’s in Florence so I decided to make a stop there. I had always heard about the gas station on steroids but never been in one.

The parking was not as much of a nightmare as I had read. The place was packed, but mostly because people could not figure out how to check out. I don’t think it was as interesting a store as the hype gives it. I did buy a small container of beef brisket to eat as my dinner on the drive and I have to say it was quite tasty. Outside of that there was nothing I was drawn to.

I was home by 7:30 happy with my quick trip. I am done with classes for the holiday season. I only have private lessons now and those are an easy joy to do as they don’t involve travel, or dragging tiles around. Let the celebrating begin.
