Time to Plan for 2026

It is already time to start planning for new Mah Jongg card orientation classes in April and May. I already have a Wilmington, NC class scheduled for April 22 and just put the Tides Inn for May 5-7 on the calendar. I will not be doing a new card class at High Hampton, but instead will be at the Tides, in Irvington, VA. There is no better way to learn the new card than at a beautiful resort. It makes a great gift to ask your loved ones to give you. Plan ahead and don’t get locked out.

I’m going to Tides on Thursday for Mah Jongg camp weekend. I will post a bunch a photos so you can see what learning mah Jongg at the Tides looks like. Trust me, it’s nice.

I will be contacting the clubs I normally teach at in the next week so they can secure their dates before I offer dates to new clubs. If your club is interested in holding new card orientation classes please contact me. It is the best three hours for mah Jongg learning you can do once you know how to play.

Students at my new card orientation classes get access to the over 80 power point slides revealing all the tips and tricks of the 2026 new card. But the real reason to come to that class is to get the 2026 decision tree to help you with your first couple of passes in the Charleston.

When I was in Houston this past week I ran into two students who told me that just got the 2025 decision tree from me and that it was saving them. Too bad they didn’t get it in April.
