Never Too Young

You are never too young to fall in love with Mah Jongg. Just like you are also never too old. Today I had my youngest student ever in my class, Collins. Only six months old, but clearly enthralled with the tiles.

Collins was a most attentive student. Only voicing an opinion on the very worst hands and celebrating appropriately on the wins. She paid rapt attention to each movement of the tile and clearly liked Dragons more than winds.

It helped that Collins snuggled with me while her mother beat me. Collins was very proud of her mother for taking me down. I was great with that because I got to snuggle with Collins.

My prediction is she will be a very good Mah jongg player.
