Grout Medic Extraordinaire

A few months ago I noticed two lines in the grout of our shower were becoming raised above the tile. This made standing on them painful. I also was having a very hard time getting my grout and tile totally clean. I was unsure exactly how to deal with this and then my friend Christy said she had the Grout Medic coming to her house to re-grout her tile. I called them right up! The owner came and gave me an estimate to re-grout and re-caulk my shower and re-caulk Carter’s Bathtub.

My shower was a whole day job, and Carter’s was just a few hours. They originally wanted to send two people to do both jobs on the same day, but then I learned you can’t use the shower for 24 hours before they come and 48 hours after they finish. So we separated the jobs by a few days so we could still have one of our best showers to use.

Our Grout tech, Diamond, showed up this morning and got right to work. She was clean and quiet and worked diligently. I was told that the bathroom would take 11 hours, but she was done is less than seven and everything is perfect. Especially the condition of the rest of the bathroom she did not work on. There is not a spec of dust.

She will be back Friday to do Carter’s bathroom. This is not the cheapest service, but it makes a huge difference and was done so well. I am not posting this for your information, but for mine. So when I need to have any grout work done I can search my blog and find the name of who I used so I can call them again.
