The Perfect Gift

I got a message from a random man I did not know on Messenger. I don’t always even look at those messages as they so often are some ex-military, older, good looking in the photo widower. Yeah Right. I already have my perfect husband. Stop trying to spam me.

But this man’s name did not seem like a fake man so I opened it. He was trying to find me as he was looking to buy his wife Mah Jongg private lessons. What do you get the woman who has everything? Private Mah Jongg lessons sounds like a great idea.

I gave him all the information and then made him a certificate he can give his wife to prove that he actually thought of this gift and bought it in advance.

I wish more husbands were this creative. I had not taught his wife so he really had to do some research to find me. He apparently did a lot of due diligence on me before he contacted me.

My husband, who is an excellent gift giver, often thinks of an idea at the last minute and makes his own gift certificate and hopes that it all works out. It usually does, but sometimes I think his idea is too extravagant and I don’t redeem it. Thankfully he had not actually paid for it in advance.

If you want your husband to give you private lessons, or a small mah Jongg party with me as the guest teacher, have him contact me. I think I am going to open more messages from strange men before the holidays, but if they include a photo I am going to delete them.
