A Little Brown Dog finally got a Sunny Maine Day

It’s been a little foggy since I came to Maine. I don’t mind fog, as a dog, I don’t wear sunglasses so too much sun is bad. Also as a brown dog, I get hot from too much sun, but my Mom was happy to see the sun.

Even though the sky was clear it was cool. So we all won. We could see the boats passing by as they could finally navigate the Gulf of Maine.

Mommy worked on her puzzle listening to people giving speeches. She laughed really hard when some brown lady said that some orange guy is going to find out that being President is a black job. It’s a lot of colors.

Mommy went to a new Lobster place for lunch, Graffam Brothers seafoood in Rockport which has a shack outside. The good news is their lobster roll is only $24, decidedly cheaper than claws. It was just a full of lobster.

The hardest thing about our tiny house is our steep stairs up to the bedrooms. If the light is not on I won’t even attempt them. Even with the light I like Mommy or Daddy to be near me when I climb them since it is like climbing a mountain. I don’t know how Dady fits his feet on them as they are barley wide enough for my paws.

Daddy worked out on the deck most of the day. I think he was looking at the water. Maybe this is what he means when he says he is working on a deck. That’s all the news from Maine. Little Brown Dog signing off.
