Happy Anniversary

I was one day shy of turning 31 when I married Russ Lange. That was 32 years ago today. So I have been married longer than I have not been married.

Thank goodness for his sticktooittiveness. I might have over looked the tallest guy in the room due to his shyness. But he kept at me, even when I was much too busy with other things. He is clearly the best thing to ever happen to me along with the daughter we got.

I am glad he didn’t listen to his mother and married me. I am glad my father didn’t scare him away. They say when you marry you get their family along with them. You can overcome a family if you love each other enough.

I am looking forward to our next 32 years. To think of all the places we have been and all the places we will go. It’s a good ride. Love you Russ Lange.
