Mom’s Moved In

My Mom moved into a new apartment in her retirement community. She wanted something with a porch and a den. It was a lot to move up to a bigger place, but I am certain she is in
a place that makes her very happy.

She has a cute porch and a place for plants. She says the best part is she can watch the ambulances come and go. I am so thankful that she had great movers who packed all her stuff up and unpacked it too as well as three guys who moved all the furniture.

Tomorrow the packers will come back and help hang all her art. I can’t wait to see the final look. With all these people helping there was not much for me to do, but I was there to instruct where to place furniture.

There are still porch chairs to purchase on Saturday and then hopefully she will be fully settled in her last apartment. She has a whole room just for art now that she has a den for her TV. I hope lots of painting will be painted in this new apartment. Way more paintings than ambulances seen.
